The Death Egg and the Egg Carrier
Going through threads that relate to the upcoming Deathbattle! match up against Dr. Robotnik and Dr. Wily, one thing I keep seeing from oblivious Sonic Fans is the proclamation that Robotnik would win because he has the Giga-Scaled Mechanical Doomsday weapons market cornered. Between Robotnik's Death Egg and the Egg Carrier, they claim Dr. Wily would simply be overwhelmed by their scale and firepower, not having anything comprable to go against them. What these avid Sonic series fans don't know is that Wily's Giga-Scaled Mechanical Doomsday weapons actually number many and do include an airship and a Death Star clone. In fact, they are so common placed in Rockman, that many of these magnificent machines actually have gone without even being named. Let's see what kind of list we can gather of Wily's Giga Destroyer Mechas.
Space Battle Station: Wily Star

I will agree any mecha that homages Star War's Death Star to some scale would be the victor almost in of itself. Too bad for Robotnik he isn't the only one with such a monstrous floating battle station. The Wily Star was introduced in Rockman World 5, the staging area that Dr. Wily built for the world dominating scheme he employed utilizing what he learned from alien technology. Fitting to any sort of Death Star homage, the Wily star has it's own doomsday weapon, the Skull Blazer. It is an energy beam cannon that despite having the power to destroy large asteroids, can be recharged and fired again in a matter of seconds. To back up this weapon are on-board homing missile and energy projectile turrets.

From a distance,
Priming to Fire the Wily Blaze
Priming to Fire the Wily Blaze
This base is capable of hosting a large standing robot army to serve as guards to the base. But more importantly, an advance robot construction and factory facilities are also available. In Rockman World 5, we see Wily was using these facilities to built multiple (although watered down) copies of his Rockman Killers series robots and Quint. And let it be know, the RKNs which are among his strongest robots to date.
*Unnamed Wily Land Fortress

This giant mobile land fortress is so huge, half of Rockman World 4 actually takes place in and on it. That's 4 full stages and 3 mini stages of actions, all occurring on different parts of this beast of a carrier. To drive the point home, it has full sized high speed railway built internally, likely used to convey resources and robots to the distant parts within the base (Which makes for Chargeman's stage). Observed in game, it is armed to the teeth with an insane number of missiles, able to carpet bomb a rain of destruction over wide areas. Along the side of the Wily Star, this monstrosity is arguably Wily's largest and most deadly mobile base in terms of scale. (Images are of the frontal, and distant view)
*Unnamed Wily Space Cruiser

This Space Battle Cruiser, while nowhere as large as the above carriers, is just as deadly with it's advanced weaponry. It is able to hide it's location via a remarkable cloaking device that renders this entire ship invisible to sight and radar. While it's main payload consist of a large number of rockets and missiles, it's center piece is a cannon that is observed to be able to fire a variety of Special Arms like those used by Rockman! It is unknown if this is a version of the Weapon Archive seen in Rockman 10, or if it actually has in it a replica of Rockman's Weapon Change System.
*Unnamed Wily Robot Carrier

This colossus scaled robotic skull served as the final battle arena in Rockman 2, the Power Fighters. But being more a setting, actual capacities and scale of this menacing looking mecha are not known. The only thing for certain is that this thing does indeed walks and none of those weapons we see on are likely to be mere decorations.
*Unnamed Wily Space Station

This orbiting Space Station actually has built into it an elaborate Time Machine device central to Rockman World 2's plot line. Though it has limited external defenses, it does hold a standing army of robots that it could be deployed. Not quite the powerhouse like the others, but time travel makes this base potentially devastating.
*Unnamed Arial Battle Plafform

This was the world domination platform used by Dr. Wily in Rockman the Power Battle. We know little about it other than that it's clearly has airship capabilities, as well stocks a collection of Master Class robots.
*Unnamed Submarine Platform

Since Deep Sea Mining was Wily's game in Rockman World 3, he build this giant submersible. For all intents and purposes, it's a giant submarine, mining platform as well as a battle fortress.
Airship Battle Carrier: Air Gapper 1
Seen in action in Rockman 8's Tenguman Stage, this Kappa themed Airship sports numerous launching bays to release a veritable army of flying wily robots. Although we don't know the full extent of this carrier, it's observed strongest weapon is the Shiriko da Gama, a powerful energy weapon at the rear of the ship, able to produce both a streaming energy blast or a barrage of spherical energy missiles.
The problem with proceeding onward at this point is that the carriers here on out are rather poor in the descriptions department. As with Air Gapper 1, there's no full image of the subjects of interest. Also, vague external qualities for these bases. So what am I talking about? Specifically, a few whole stages in Rockman show hints, if not clear signs of being either mobile battle fortress or battle ships. But without a name, scale or abilities to speak of, it's rather a difficult endeavor to comment on the full scale of what they are capabile of,...
- Tenguman's Stage (Rockman 8), a large collection of flying islands and platforms moving across the sky. A perfect launching pad for a bevy of flying mecha, with special attention to a fleet of Hogale, flying payload dropping robots.
- Solarman's Stage (Rockman 10), while it is suppose to be in a solar energy research facility, it does lend credence of use as a fortress. The whole thing was conceptualized as a giant flying sphere housing an artificial sun. As dangerous as that probably is, it's looming rather low in the ground over a big city, suggesting it is mobile and probably wasn't originally meant to be there.
- Snakeman's Stage (Rockman 3) Allow me to remind you that Big Snakey and Petit Snakey are robots that function as mobile deep jungle stations. Imagine a mobile battle platform that moves as a sea of giant metal snakes, free to split up and reform itself.
- Neptune's Stage (Rockman World 5), Starts from the deck of some sort of craft that moves along the waves, with the rest of the stage occurring inside. The outside deck even supports a very long row of turrets. Youtube it!
- Chargeman's Stage (Rockman 5). Especially when you consider the scale of the stage in relation to Rockman's height, you will realize that basically Wily has a FIVE STORY TALL FULL LENGTH LOCOMOTIVE to use for his nefarious ends.
Ol'Eggman definitely has various stage settings that can also be classified as mobile carriers as well. Stuff like the Flying Battery Zone Blimp, and Final Fortress. But the point I'm making is that it is unwise to be making random assumptions just so that you can feel better about your side. Rallying blind is just inclined to make you look stupid if your opponent turns out to be able to throw some good solid punches themselves
