Japan and their sexy memes strike again. A particularly provocative open chested turtleneck design made it's way to the Japanese anime fan public via a tweet. This in turn spurred all sorts of artist to apply the sexy outfit to their favorite characters, usually under the label of 胸開きタートルネック (Chest Open Turtleneck) or 例のセーター (That Sweater).
