          Yes, things are still stalled here, but that really shouldn't mean you viewers be bored during this down time. So here's some "filler" hosted by Nico Nico Douga by user よもぎ (Yomogi).  The music it is set to is titled [Now or Never] by [to CHEMISTRY meets m-flo].  Both Art and music originates from a Rockman forefather, Tetsuwa Atom.  And trust this descriptor by other viewers: "From 1:37 onwards, Godly".
